You Need an On-site Seamstress

I have yet to receive my Ehsan Dress. It was ordered in late April and now it is the July 1st weekend and I am still waiting for alterations to be completed correctly. After 3 attempts at altering the dress to fit properly and without compromising the design, it seems that the problem is a disconnect between the shop sales person who is pinning the fit and the off-site seamstress who is misreading the adjustments required. You need to have an on-site tailor to see what is needed to ensure a correct fit and then to complete the task herself. This dress was meant to be worn at an event in June which is now over. It took 7 weeks to make initially and from that point, it has been returned 3 successive times for alteration. I love your designs and colourful patterns, but something has to be done to guarantee efficiency with alterations.

Hi Valerie, thanks for the feedback. We’re glad that your dress was finally completed to your satisfaction after the alterations. Our seamstresses work offsite as that is the best course for our business (we rarely do alterations and it doesn’t make sense to keep one on site just for the odd alterations). Take care!
